• Lead generation services through various advertising channels

All services are subject to qualification and approval by DeerSong's team.

3. Consultation Process

DeerSong operates on a consultation-based model where:

• Potential clients submit consultation requests through our contact forms
• Our team reviews submissions to determine qualification and fit
• Qualified prospects are contacted within 24-48 hours
• Services are provided only after mutual agreement and contract execution

4. Lead Generation Services

For our lead generation services:

• Pricing is based on qualified leads that meet predetermined criteria
• Lead qualification standards are established before campaign launch
• Clients pay only for leads that meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria
• Pricing varies by advertising channel and ranges from $40-$65 per qualified lead
• Lead quality disputes must be reported within 7 days of lead delivery

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for DeerSong services:

• Consulting services require payment according to agreed-upon schedules
• Lead generation services are billed monthly for qualified leads delivered
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in service agreements

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property developed by DeerSong remain the property of DeerSong unless otherwise specified in writing. Client-specific implementations and customizations developed under contract may be subject to different ownership terms as outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Confidentiality

DeerSong maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, business processes, and proprietary data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

DeerSong's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our AI consulting services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results.

9. Service Modifications

DeerSong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients. We may update our service offerings, pricing, and terms as business needs evolve.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. DeerSong reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or other violations of this agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
